I am very sorry that I have been so late getting this put up. Part of me wonders if there is any point but the larger part of me says that if you are going to post your sermons on a blog / website then you better post them . . . no matter what!

As I mention in the introduction in both sermons, as far as I can remember at least, when I was growing up in the CMA (Christian and Missionary Alliance in case I haven’t noted that before) there was no Palm/Passion Sunday, it was Palm Sunday and the next week was Easter Sunday . . . no Holy Thursday, no Good Friday, no Holy Saturday . . . just Easter Sunday.

I’m glad that there is some explicit attention paid to the reality of the whole of Holy Week. I hope this blog post will be useful or interesting or whatever to you.

Blessings,

Barry
