We are now well and truly into the season of Easter. Of all the things that I didn’t have when I was growing up one of the most significant was the sense that Easter was more than one day. What an impoverished view of the most amazing event in all of history. This second Sunday of Easter we are revisiting the story of Thomas, the twin, . . . who also had some doubts. As it turns out I have had some doubts myself now and then.

I hope you will see yourself in some way in this sermon. I remain unapologetic about how much of me is in these sermons, there is something about Thomas that connects very strongly with me and when that happens, well, that is just the way it goes.

As always I would be very happy to hear if my words have had an impact on you in any way. I trust you will find these words a blessing.

Be well,

Barry
