Words From the Middle

At the intersection of Sacred and Profane

2014/09/28

Emulation, not software!

We all want to be like someone. Sometimes it is a sports figure. Sometimes it is a parent or other relative. Sometimes it is a fictional character we encounter in a movie or a book. This isn’t wrong, it is just human nature.

This week’s sermons are about being like Jesus. Not in any divine sort of way of course but more in how he lived his human life when he was on earth. There are lots of ways we can be like Jesus and I go over just a few of them.

St. Mark’s Presbyterian How can we be like Jesus?

I am sorry the text of this post is short but sometimes I realize that I don’t have much more to say than what is in the sermons, and this week I decided to listen to myself.

Blessings,
